Meditation is an evidence-based practice that has been shown to reduce stress levels, improve sleep, and restore the mental balance that we need to sustain a healthy and vitalized life. Learn more about the stages of meditation, improve your meditative focus, and sample different forms of meditation (silent vs. mantra, etc.) This series incorporates health-promoting practices of Kundalini yoga and breath-work. Journaling, small group work and creative expression are also included. Make space to nurture yourself. All levels welcome!
