Breaking Good: Yogic Science for Addictive Behaviors
with Mukta Kaur Khalsa, PhD.

~ Don't you just wish you wouldn't grab that bag of chips or spend too much time online every time you feel discouraged and stressed?
~ Do you immerse yourself in work to avoid unpleasant personal discussions or decisions?
~ Do you have unhealthy habits that you use as coping mechanisms when tired or over-stressed?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions for you or someone you know, then this workshop for you!
SuperHealth is on the cutting edge of recovery protocols. The trainings combine core technologies of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathing, nutrition restoration and dietary formulas, all as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Participants gain the ancient wisdom of yogic science combined with the innovations of western medicine to progress from recovery to self-discovery.
