Included is a section on Kundalini Yoga basics for people new to yoga, and large color illustrations of all the kriyas and meditations which are easy to follow. We are fortunate to have previously unpublished kriyas, one for each of the ten bodies. These sets were taught by Yogi Bhajan in the early 1970s and include some postures I'd never seen before!
