Besides boosting happiness and confidence, positive psychology restores the mental balance that we need to sustain a healthy life. This series incorporates health-promoting practices of Kundalini yoga, breath-work, and meditation. Journaling, small group work and creative expression are also included. Make space to nurture yourself. All levels welcome!

Shabad Kaur Khalsa, LCPC, LMFT, E-RYT 500, is the co-director of Spirit Rising Yoga, lead Teacher Trainer and psychotherapist.
