6 Weeks:
Tuesdays: January 15 - February 19
6:30-8:15 pm

Winter is a perfect time to self-nurture, turn our attention internally and strengthen our inner reserves to build stress resilience. This series focuses on ways to bring more conscious presence and relaxation to daily life and create physical, emotional and spiritual balance through yoga, breath-work, and meditation. Feel connected and inspired by Shakti (sacred female) energy in this group! Make space to nurture yourself. Journaling, small group work and creative expression are also included. All levels welcome. Pre-registered only!
