Celebrating Yogi Bhajan's Birthday Anniversary -Worldwide Simultaneous Meditation

It is traditional to do 2.5 hours of Long Ek Ong Kars (Adi Shakti Mantra or Morning Call) at a time best suited to your time zone so that at 3:00 Am Pacific Daylight Savings you can chant the Guru Ram Das Chant simultaneously around the world!

The 11 days leading up to his birthday is a very powerful time for fulfillment of our prayers and meditations - a time of blessing come together each evening in each other's homes to chant
