Qigong is often called a “moving meditation” - a beautiful and satisfying practice! Gentle, focused movements are designed to open the energy channels (Merdians) and nourish all systems of the body. Qigong operates according to the 70% rule of energy management; mindful movement is favored over pushing beyond one’s comfort level or striving for results. Gentle range of motion and balance exercises are the key to mental clarity, optimum health, and longevity. All sessions will include meditation and relaxation with the gong.
