Theme: Cultivating Awareness
Women's Class, 6 weeks, Tuesdays, March 21 - April 25, 6:30-8:15 pm
'Bloom into Spring' as we practice ways to strengthen our awareness of our physical and emotional selves. This series will integrate techniques to increase our vitality, cleanse and clear negativity, and enliven the senses. Classes will feature Kundalini Yoga and meditation, expressive art therapy, journaling, and small group and partner work.
