Summer Theme: Awakening Your Senses


Each class in this series will focus on awakening one of the five senses through creative approaches like aromatherapy and tasting delicious vegetarian treats! You'll learn techniques to relieve stress, increase mental clarity, and strengthen emotional resilience. Classes will feature Kundalini Yoga and meditation, expressive art therapy, journaling, and small group and partner work. This series promises to be a lot of fun!
