Women's Class

Call on the ancient, evidence-based teachings of yoga to help immunize yourself against stress in this series. Breathing rhythm (pranayama), yoga set and meditation is taught for each theme, providing tools for personal practice and lasting change. An emotionally safe and confidential environment for growth.
